AHH In-Home Care Service Package 

It is common that most of our seniors having difficulty leaving their homes like other humans are also do need help with the daily activities   which we consider to be normal. In our Home Care Service package a dedicated registered nurse works with seniors and their respective families to develop a care plan that is carried out by a qualified Certified Nursing Aide (CNA). Atleast every 90 days an allocated certified nurse visits the recipient under our care as per the care plan. In our regular care from a qualified aide from Senior Services, older adults can remain at home, living with dignity, and their caregivers can get a much-needed break.

Eligibility for this package

• Those who are unable to perform two or more tasks essential for a normal daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, walking and toileting
• Do not have a primary caregiver in need of respite
• Need help with such tasks above in order to remain in their own homes
• Those who do not have a responsible and capable person available to perform these tasks
